Bukola Saraki In Abeokuta To Confer With Obasanjo.

Senate President, Bukola Saraki, today, went by former president, Olusegun Obasanjo in his peak chateau in Abeoukuta, the Ogun state capital.

Saraki was in Abeokuta to counsel with the previous president prevalently called "Ebora Owu" over the 8th Senate and other national issues.



As indicated by The Nation, Saraki's visit may be a piece of his endeavors to utilize his associations with win on the initiative of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to acknowledge his development as Senate President.

The former governoe of Kwara state, expected his present position through a decision that was not affirmed by his party, as they had supported Senator Ahmed Lawan form Yobe state for the position.

Saraki needed to depend majorly on votes from the restriction, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which further incensed his party.

Saraki arrived Obasanjo's home by 9:11 am  and he was introduced Obasanjo's inward chamber for private dialog.

In his company were Alhaji Kawu Baraje, Senators Andy Uba, Sanni Yerima, Ben Muray Bruce, Alaso Adura and Danjuma Goje. Previous Governor of Osun state, Prince  Olagunsoye Oyinlola was likewise part of Saraki's escort.

Sources near to the Obasanjo's home said the exchange would concentrate on how Saraki can advance solidarity in the 8th Senate, and make peace with the APC leader among different issues.

In the interim, the senate and the APC may confront another round of emergency regarding key positions in the upper chamber.
