Guys the answer is "NO!!!. The Etisalat Social and Chart pack are both still working fine; Nothing will stop your unlimited Free browsing via Smart Pack once you have all that it takes. Follow the instruction below.

Note: You must have an active Etisalat Smart or Chatpack subscription on your sim»To Confirm Dial this code *343*5# and wait for a reply.
»To Subscribe Load N100 on ur sim and dial *200*3*3*2*1*1 or N300 for a week plan (you can dial *200# and follow it up)

How to browse/download Unlimited with Etisalat Social Pack with Psiphon Handler, Simple server and OpenVPN.
For SimpleServer
- Open your SimpleServer and change only the following settings:
- Proxy Host: 79.120.72.222
- Proxy Port: 3128
- Leave other setting as it is, connect your SS and resume to your unlimited surfing.
For Psiphon
- Launch your Psiphon and change only the following settings:
- Scroll down to Real Proxy Type and tap default to select HTTP
- Under Real Proxy, Server put 79.120.72.222 and for Real ProxyPort:3128
- Scroll down to the bottom and click Save
- Leave the rest as it is, connect your Psiphon and resume to your unlimited surfing.

For OpenVPN
- Download the current working OpenVPN Profile Settings here
- Delete the previous server you have in your OpenVPN Connect and update it with this new one you just downloaded.
- How to update
- Click on Options or Menu, you will Find Import, Tap on Import, and then Import Profile from SD card
- Locate/Navigate to the EtisalatServer.ovpn that you downloaded and Select it
OpenVPN Connection
- This is the current working password
- Username: VPN book
- Password: fra4agaV
After you inputting the username and password, click Save, and tap Connect.
When it connected, just minimize and start your surfing!
Note: The password may Stop Functioning at any time.You just keep checking Free VPN Account Page frequently for the latest working Password.
