First,Configure your Device APN as follows

» APN SETTING

» APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net

» APN Type: default

» Proxy: 127.0.0.1

» Port: 8080

Netify VPN Settings for MTN BIS on Android

1. Download Netify VPN Apk and install on your android device, from above download link

2. Launch the Vpn handler menu, tick “Remove port” box, scroll down, under proxy type, select           “Dual Real Host”, on custom header select “X-Online-Host” and input “ping.blackberry.com”         on proxy server field and select “HTTP” on Real Proxy Type.

3. Tap the save button to save the above settings and continue to turnel whole device and power all applications on your device

4. Now just tap the Ninja icon at the top to open more options tab
» Tick; sound (optional)
» Tick connect through an HTTP
» Tick use the following settings
» Host address: 10.199.212.2
» Port: 8080

» Now go back to the Netify main menu and hit the connect button
