1. Download these apps
=>Internet Speed Meter Direct Download APK 2.6 MB
=>A Browser you can get (From Playstore if u don't have one

When you get the message, “You have attained Smartpack data usage, speed throttling restriction now applies . . . . ”, then move on with the following steps.

2. Put Your phone or Tab into airplane mode or turn off your data.

3. Now Go to Settings => Apps => locate =>Psiphon and force stop psiphon, you can also clear cache.

4. Switch on data again and open the Browser.

5. On the Browser, tap on the “Search” and type in Google and just keep on refreshing it while monitoring your speed meter.

6. Esure it goes above 100 KB/s as you refreshed, if not, Still switch off the data and it back on again.

7. Keep refreshing by taping the reload button again until the speed surpasses 100 KB/s on the speed meter.
